Let us introduce our veterinarians:

Dr. Engel graduated from Michigan State University in 1989 and has been practicing in Jackson County since then.  She did an externship in the Chicago area at the Midwest Bird and Exotic Animal Clinic and has a specific interest in that area of medicine along with her love of dogs and cats. 

Dr. Baker completed her Bachelors and her DVM from Michigan State University. She has a special interest in feline medicine, cytology, and ultrasonography. When she’s not taking care of her patients, Dr. Baker enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and camping. Dr. Baker joined our team in May 2012.

Office Hours:

We are open M, T, TH, F from 8am-6pm, Wednesdays from 8am-8pm and Saturdays from 8am-12.   We may be available for after-hours emergencies by calling our regular phone number and following the prompts.  If we are unavailable after hours, there will be instructions on how to reach an emergency clinic.  Appointments can be made by calling 517-592-6924.
